No. Each player is allowed only one FencyWin account. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your linked mobile banking account before the account is closed. Deposits & Withdrawals

First, check that the transaction was completed successfully on your mobile banking app and that you received a confirmation message. If the transaction shows as successful but your FencyWin balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation and email it to [email protected] with your registered mobile number. If you lose connection during a round, FencyWin's system records your bet and the round result continues as normal. When you reconnect, the outcome will be reflected in your balance. For crash games, if you had set an auto cash-out target, it will execute automatically even if you're disconnected. If you believe a disconnection caused an incorrect result, contact support with the round ID and timestamp.
