FencyWin Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

The following actions are strictly prohibited on FencyWin and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing FencyWin staff or other players.

FencyWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it believes a player has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is harmful to the platform or other players.

If your FencyWin account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, FencyWin reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may also choose to close your own FencyWin account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you after standard verification checks.
